We've been creating public art in Tucson since 2010. In that time, we've committed ourselves to facilitating civic engagement opportunities for artists and members of our community. This past year, we worked closely with the Arts Foundation to donate a $20k mural project to the City of Tucson. This experience helped us understand the current gaps in the City's public art processes; it also helped us understand that there is a significant lack of advocacy on behalf of the City, towards our community of public artists.
